Vepar's Serpent Air Meditation Breath
Introduction

The following meditation from Vepar helps create an Air effect of lightness and unites the Ether with Earth. This translates to a better connection and meditation experience. This breath meditation is best utilized during times of stress. It connects to Air very quickly and effectively. The number of cycles should not exceed six. As always, drink a glass of water before any Satanic Meditation to avoid dehydration and headaches.

Cycle One: (Optional: ask Vepar for assistance)

step - Take a deep, controlled breath on a count of six seconds through your nose. Visualize the Air element entering through every pore of your body, not just through your nose.

Step - Hold your breath for three seconds

step - Release slowly for a count of nine seconds through your mouth. Release all your tension and let go.

Step - Hold your final exhale for three seconds. Try to maintain control at the end of the exhale as your body may naturally try to inhale quickly.

Repeat Cycle One three to five more times. Do not exceed more than six cycles. In particular, pay attention to the transition curvature points at the inhale's top and the exhale's bottom. This inflection point is essential in establishing control and balance. This meditation is beneficial before going to sleep as it creates a sense of lightness and provides you with a deeper REM sleep cycle.
