Introduction

​

This meditation is a continuation of the satanic breath meditation.  The goal of this meditation is to achieve a shift in brain waves from conscious to subconscious.  What this transition means is shifting your left brain functions and activities towards right brain functions.  The gradual shift from waking to the sleeping stage while in meditation changes both our physical response, our mental acuity, and our vibrational state. 

 

The most common brain waves known to man are Beta, alpha, theta, delta, and recently, gamma.  These brain waves originate from the body itself and can be tracked and measured. However, there is yet another brain wave produced by the double mind or astral body that results from the vibrational energy activated by a link between specialized brain cells and the astral mind.  The recognition and development of this specialized brain wave require patience but once activated it opens multidimensional views and connections.  The meditation here will take you to the gates of activation and complete relaxation.

Meditation steps

​

Step 1: ​Sit comfortably with your back and neck relaxed but straight.  If you need lumbar support you may use a pillow to help you.  If possible, given location and weather, try to be barefoot when performing this meditation.  Do not attempt to do this meditation while lying down or standing.  Make sure you are in a room without any phones or distracting noises.

Step 2: Inhale slowly on the count of six seconds

Step 3: Hold your breath for six seconds

​

Step 4: Exhale slowly on the count of six seconds.  Relax and let your body sink in place and connect to Mother Earth

​

Step 5: Repeat steps 2 to 4 five more times for a total count of six cycles

​

Step 6: Feel your body sinking into your seat.  Allow for adjustments as you relax further.  

​

Step 7: Become aware of stillness and heightened senses.  Some physical signs include loss of touch and numbness.  Awareness of all that is before you.

​

Step 8: Let your breath fall into a long slow normal cadence. Everything will slow down on the physical while on the Astral side you will feel expanded awareness.  This is the threshold before your double mind activation.  Remain here for as long as you are able to sustain it.

​

Step 9: To come back very gently, wiggle a finger or toe.  Slowly bring yourself back and connect to your normal breathing. Remain sitting until full brain function comes back.

​

Step 10: Walk around, stretch, and drink water

​
