3-Second exercise to restore innocent perception and connection with infinity

Have you ever wondered how come as a child you saw the world in wonderment and perhaps had developed a good sense of intuition or foretelling but lost it as you grew up into adulthood?

In reality, you never lost your abilities but simply repressed them or forgot them because life pressures took over brain functions needed to survive or thrive as an adult. Your brain is an amazing tool that has incredible expansive potential and memory capacity. As a child, your brain functions were free enough to observe and capture physical and non-physical queues that helped in your development.

With practice and patience, you can restore those amazing abilities following a simple three seconds exercise to train your brain to look at reality with innocent perception. You can do this exercise fully awake at any time during the day and it does not require any equipment or apps to do it.

Innocent perception is simply looking at what is in front of you without too much analysis. As adults, we love over-thinking everything to our own detriment. Restoring the ability to see reality for what it is and accept it as a cohesive unit rather than pieces will help your brain begin to find new neural connections to see life with a fresh and innocent perspective. You will notice your intuition and mental synchronicity will increase and you will have a better chance to astrally connect with Deities or simply enjoy life fully as it is presented to you.

Here is what you do:

1. If at home, look outside through your window for 3 seconds only. What do you see? Capture the image as if you had just taken a picture with a blink of your eyes. Do not allow your brain to process the image or think much about it.

2. Write down on a piece of paper as much as you can remember from that image. Be factual and simple in your description. For example, two chairs, a bird nest, two fruit trees, weeds. Do not try to analyze the image

3. Look back again. You will be surprised how much your brain is able to capture in 3 seconds.

4. Connect with a daily reminder of infinity. Depending on your location, find a place with a long view horizon such as a mountain range, lake, or ocean horizon. You can also try staring at a sunset or a starry night. Your brain needs to relax, drain, and connect with its own infinity perspective. Even 5 minutes will help your brain regain many years of neglect. Do not think. Simply enjoy the view.

The above exercises will bring a new appreciation for life in a holistic way and help you regain your lost childhood innocence of reality because your adult brain will no longer filter through many lenses of ego and preconception. In time, you will see fluidity and simplicity in your thought patterns and problem-solving abilities because you removed most of these filters and allowed for the integration of reality-based solutions
